Make no mistake..this rental car agency/location is my preference every time. Renting a car and pulling off is as easy as 1 2 3! The customer service is decent, vehicle fleet is has flavor and whenever I've had an issue, the agent was more than helpful at accommodating. The only change I would suggest, to make it icing on the cake, is if the agent would let me know whats avail in my reserved class at check out and give me a choice.

The location is very easy to get to via public transportation, the guys at the Budget office are super helpful. Can't beat the price of renting. And the drop off is a snap. I went to Budget first because I had a coupon, but now this is my rental car go to.
