Was on my way to an interview, and needed a cut badly.. The wait time was about 5 mins, my Stylist was proffessional, and my haircut was one of the best Ive had in a long time. I left feeling fresh, and ready. I also got the Job! Will definitely return again! Thanks Great Clips!
Great cuts. Most of my family goes here. Just be very specific as to what you want done and they will accommodate.
My stylist was not very good with here clippers. It was a painful experience to have the guard stabbed into my scalp repeatedly. The final result, she botched my haircut. I get a very simple buzz cut and I ended up with a rat tail that I couldn't see in the mirror. It was an embarrassing afternoon.
One of the ladies cut my hair too short. Especially, at the crown of my head. Overal, it was a terrible cut. She chopped up my hair. I came back in to tell her and she said she done hair do 30 years and knows what she is doing. I reminded her that I was 52 and I know what my own hair should look like. The nerve of her! My hair is a mess and her feelings are hurt. Smh....
It has been 2 times that I had the most terrible experience. The first time I thought it was incidental but now I am convinced that there is something wrong with managing this branch. The barber was so incompetent and very confused. Smelled like he already smoked , gave me a terrible hair cut, and left so many abrasions on my skin. This branch just hires the most incompetent and confused barbers. Although there are decent barbers but I won't go to this branch anymore. Terrible managing.
