My family and I literally got up and left . Today I swear the restaurant was ran by children . They could not get the order correct on the kiosk and they had an entire conversation about the uncertainty of our order like we literally were not sitting right next to the kiosk. The entire time they were putting in the order the waitress was laughing like the situation was funny.. Finally we had enough and said we were leaving they had the nerve to ask did we want to pay for the drinks ABSOLUTELY NOT!! The waitress was still laughing damn near in tears ..i wanted to seriously slap her but instead we just walked out...NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THAT LOCATION!!
What a sweet find. All the delicious (but probably not super healthy) comfort breakfast one can handle, and at such a great price. Food is fresh and even well plated (rare for such a diner) and the service from Brittany was warm and friendly. This place will be out of the way for us pretty soon, but we'll make the effort to return.
My wife and I have eaten at this Perkins about four times. Tonight we decided not to return because: 1. the carpet was black with dirt, 2. a few ceiling tiles were missing,, 3. the window glass on the doors in the entrance (entry way) were dirty with finger marks, and 4. we were the only people there on a Sat. night at 7 p. m. On the other hand, the waitress was polite and attentive, most of the food was good and warm, and the price for us senior citizens was a good bargain.
The service was exceptional and the food was great. Thank you Perkins for our waiter Eric. He was a great team member. His professionalism, manners and desire to serve us to perfection was greatly appreciated.
